Prior to Austrian shopping centre operator Supernova acquisition of Centrice Real Estate Gmbh (a company owned by US private equity fund manager Lone Star), with its headquarters in Vienna and regional offices in Ljubljana, Zagreb and Belgrade, managed a real estate portfolio of retail properties (64%) and office buildings (36%) with a total lettable area of approx. 339,000 sqm.
Centrice Real Estate GmbH owned and managed 19 shopping and retail centers as well as 4 office buildings in Slovenia, 5 office buildings in Croatia, one shopping center in Bosnia and Herzegovina and one office building each in Serbia as well as in Macedonia.
With its successful shopping and retail center chains Qlandia and QCenter in Slovenia, Centrice was the leading player on the Slovenian retail market.
